New designed tiny 44g WiFi 5150-5250MHz 5750-5850 MHz Horn antenna
1.Product Detailed Description
This rectangular gradient horn antenna is manufactured using a unibody die-casting process, resulting in a lightweight 46g body. It features a standard square mounting flange for easy and quick wall mounting. The internal gradient waveguide structure achieves a continuous impedance gradient, effectively reducing the VSWR and electromagnetic wave reflection loss, providing excellent broadband performance and supporting both transmission and reception modes. The matte black powder-coated shell is wear-resistant and oxidation-resistant, while the internal cavity is precision-polished to maximize RF conduction performance, ensuring long-term stable use in both indoor and outdoor testing and engineering installations.
2.Technical Specifications
Main body material: Lightweight alloy, one-piece molding. Seamless construction ensures high structural rigidity, resists deformation under pressure, and maintains stable antenna electrical performance over long-term use.
External surface treatment: Matte black electrostatic powder coating. Rust-proof, waterproof, wear-resistant, and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. Suitable for long-term use in indoor laboratories and outdoor testing environments, without easily peeling or aging.
Internal cavity treatment: High-mirror polished inner wall. Reduces electromagnetic wave conduction loss, minimizes clutter scattering, improves RF signal transmission efficiency, and enhances resistance to external electromagnetic interference.
